Pour 5-10ml of serum into the mold, add water up to 90% of the mold's capacity.
Close the mold with the lid and shake well. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
Place the mold under warm water and run the handle of a small spoon along the joint between the lid and the base of the mold.
Gently massage your cleansed face in circular motions for 30 seconds on each side.
One filled mold is enough for 7-10 treatments.
After use, return the mold to the freezer to be ready for the next use.
