Welcome to the Frozen Glow website! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using the site and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

  2. Purchase Process

    • Purchases can be made without registration.
    • After selecting a product, enter the required information and confirm your order.
    • You will receive an order confirmation via email.
    • All prices are expressed in dinars (RSD) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

  3. Payment Methods

    • Currently, payment is possible by cash on delivery upon receipt of the package.
    • Card payments will be enabled in the future.
    • The seller is not responsible for any issues related to payment processing that are outside of their control.

  4. Delivery

    • Delivery is carried out by the PostExpress courier service.
    • Packages are usually delivered the day after dispatch, but Frozen Glow cannot guarantee the exact delivery time as it depends on the courier service.
    • Delivery costs are calculated according to the current PostExpress price list.
    • Delivery is only available within the territory of Serbia.
    • In case of delay, damage, or loss of the package, Frozen Glow is not responsible unless the damage occurred directly due to the seller’s fault.

  5. Complaints and Returns

    • Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
    • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
    • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received, to the bank account provided by the customer.
    • In case of a damaged or incorrect product, you can file a complaint via email.
    • Complaints are resolved within the legal timeframe.

  6. Personal Data Protection

    • We collect basic information: name, surname, email, phone number, address, city, postal code, and country.
    • Data is used solely for order processing and delivery and is not shared with third parties except the courier service for delivery purposes.
    • Legal basis: contract execution and user consent (if the user subscribes to promotional emails).
    • Data retention: while the business relationship lasts or while the website is active; after that, data is deleted unless legally required to be kept (10 years).
    • Security: data is protected by technical and organizational measures, including the platform’s security protocols.
    • Data transfer: user data is not transferred outside the territory of Serbia.
    • User rights: access, correction, and deletion of data can be requested via email.
    • Complaint: in case of violation of data protection rights, users can file a complaint with the competent authority.

    • Frozen Glow is not liable for any damages resulting from product use unless legally required.
    • We reserve the right to change prices and terms without prior notice.

  9. Jurisdiction

    • All disputes are subject to the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
    • In case of a dispute, the court in Belgrade shall have jurisdiction.
